The user acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of using internet and phone banking services, and to use the Enjaz application only as specified in this agreement. The user also agrees to receive promotional and educational messages through the application. The company will not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense incurred by the user or any other party due to any breach or violation of this agreement.
The user agrees to monitor any accounts held with the company to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and to pay any fees that may arise from using or monitoring these services.
The Enjaz application provides the following services:
When the user instructs Enjaz to transfer funds or pay a bill through the application, the company will execute the instructions by withdrawing the specified amount from the user’s account, provided there are sufficient funds. The company is not obligated to execute withdrawal instructions if there are insufficient funds.
In electronic payments, the amount is withdrawn from the user's account on the same day it is electronically transferred to the beneficiary. In most cases, this date is the one specified by the user when the instructions were provided. If funds are insufficient on the requested transfer date, or if there are insufficient funds to pay a bill or deduct any amount from the account, the company will notify the user via email that the transaction has been declined.
The user is responsible for all phone and internet charges incurred in connecting their device to the Enjaz application. No fees are charged for connecting the device to the private network. Separate fees may apply for additional services requested through the Enjaz application, and the user will be notified of the cost of each additional service.
a . The user has the right to confidentiality, and the company will not disclose specific information about the user's accounts except to company employees or correspondents, unless:
• The user consents to sharing information with others.
• The user identifies the company regarding credit matters.
• The company closes the user's account due to unacceptable management by the user.
• Information is requested by law or government authorities, including the Saudi Central Bank.
b .With the user's consent, the company may share information with other institutions to provide services deemed important by the company.
c .If the user does not wish to receive marketing offers, they must notify the company to exclude their name from the customer list used for this purpose.
d .The user agrees that the company may upload certain information, including customer identitydata, to the user’s computer or another access system.
The Enjaz application uses proprietary software, and providing the user with the software grants a non-exclusive license to use it for specified purposes only. The user must not decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software or allow others to do so. The application allows access to company and third-party services and information, which are proprietary. The user may only use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not reproduce or sell any information provided by the application.
It is understood by the user that the company does not provide any information or data regarding the use of this network, any communication programs, or delivery methods determined by the company concerning their quality, timing, performance, accuracy, reliability, or continued availability. The company does not guarantee that the operating software or any communications or delivery systems will meet any specifications provided by the company or be free from errors and issues.
a . The company agrees to make reasonable efforts to ensure the Enjaz application operates optimally. The company will only act on instructions received through the application that have been successfully delivered. The company is not liable for any communication issues that may affect the accuracy or timing of messages sent by the user.
b .The company is not responsible for any losses or delays in sending instructions via the electronic system unless the company acts with gross negligence or willful misconduct. The company will not be liable if the user provides incorrect instructions or fails to provide complete payment instructions in a timely manner.
c .Information received from the company or other providers is considered reliable based on best efforts but is not guaranteed. The company or any provider is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of such information or for any investment or other decision made using this information.
d .The company or any other information provider is not responsible for any computer viruses or related issues that may arise from information services or from the user's personal computer. The company also does not bear any responsibility in case of hacking or unauthorized access.
Users may contact customer service for assistance with the Enjaz application at ( 8 0 0 5 0 0 0 3 0 0 ) o r v i a e m a i l a t (enjazcustomercare@enjaz.com), please note that emails sent over the internet may not be secure. The company may record conversations between its employees and the user for quality control purposes, to ensure the accuracy of information provided, and to verify that user instructions are being followed. Users can also contact customer service through Enjaz's social media platforms, including Platform X, Facebook, and Instagram. Users can request a copy of the terms and conditions electronically or in paper format.
Users must protect their identity information, registration details, username, and password. If the user suspects unauthorized access, they must immediately notify the company via phone, which is the quickest method.
If any term of these internet and phone banking services terms becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
